October 26 – November 6, 2026

We’ve got your 2027 benefit updates — explore them here.

Occurring only once a year, Annual Enrollment is the time when you can change your benefits for the new plan year. Carefully review the information provided on this page to help you choose the benefits that are right for you and your family.

Medical

  • Due to IRS regulations for embedded deductible plans, the High Deductible Health Plan (Blue HDHP 3) in-network deductibles will increase to $3,500 for individual (was $3,400) and $7,000 for family (was $6,800).
  • To help offset the increased deductible, Modine is increasing the employer annual Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution to $900 for employee-only coverage (was $850) and $1,800 for family coverage (was $1,700).
    • Enrolling in the Blue HDHP 3 allows you to contribute to your HSA. You can contribute up to $4,500 for an individual and $9,000 for a family. Keep in mind, company contributions are included in these limits.
  • The PPO Plans will include changes to deductible and copay amounts.
    • Blue PPO Plan 1 in-network deductibles will increase to $2,000 (was $1,500) for individual and $4,000 (was $3,000) for family.
    • Blue PPO Plan 2 in-network deductibles will increase to $1,000 (was $750) for individual and $2,000 (was $1,500) for family.
    • The PPO Plan copays for specialist office visit and urgent care will increase to $50 (was $40) and emergency room copay will increase to $250 (was $200). Telehealth visits remain our lowest-cost option for nonemergency care.
    • Consider taking advantage of a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to use pre-tax dollars to pay for deductible, copays, and coinsurance. You can contribute up to $3,400 or the statutory limit. Remember to plan your contributions carefully — any money remaining in your account after May 31 of the following plan year will be forfeited.
