As a new Modine employee, we have you covered with a variety of benefits to support you and your family. If you are eligible, you must elect benefits within 30 days of your hire date. Explore the New Hires page to learn everything you need to know about enrolling in benefits
Changing Benefits During the Year
You are eligible to change your benefits outside of your new hire period or annual enrollment if you experience a Qualifying Life Event such as getting married or having a baby. You must make changes to your Modine benefits within 30 days from the life event date. Your benefits changes will be effective on the date the event occurred.
