- Due to IRS regulations for embedded deductible plans, the High Deductible Health Plan (Blue HDHP 3) in-network deductibles will increase to $3,500 for individual (was $3,400) and $7,000 for family (was $6,800).
- To help offset the increased deductible, Modine is increasing the employer annual Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution to $900 for employee-only coverage (was $850) and $1,800 for family coverage (was $1,700).
- Enrolling in the Blue HDHP 3 allows you to contribute to your HSA. You can contribute up to $4,500 for an individual and $9,000 for a family. Keep in mind, company contributions are included in these limits.
- The PPO Plans will include changes to deductible and copay amounts.
