We’ve got your 2026 benefit updates — explore them here.

Occurring only once a year, Annual Enrollment is the time when you can change your benefits for the new plan year. Carefully review the information provided on this page to help you choose the benefits that are right for you and your family.

Medical

  • Due to IRS regulations for embedded deductible plans, the High Deductible Health Plan (Blue HDHP 3) deductible will increase to $3,400 for individual (was $3,300) and $6,800 for family (was $6,600).
  • To help offset the increased deductible, Modine is increasing the employer annual Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution to $850 for employee-only coverage (was $825) and $1,700 for family coverage (was $1,650).
  • Enrolling in the Blue HDHP 3 allows you to also contribute to your HSA. You can contribute up to $4,400 for an individual and $8,750 for a family. Keep in mind, company contributions are included in these limits.
  • Enrolling in the Blue PPO Plan 1 or Blue PPO Plan 2 allows you to also contribute to a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). You can contribute up to $3,400 in 2026. Remember to plan your contributions carefully — any money remaining in your account after May 31 of the following plan year will be forfeited.
  • If you enroll in a Modine medical plan, all virtual and LiveHealth Online visits will be covered at 100%.

FREE Virtual Primary Care and LiveHealth Online Visits

  • If you enroll in a Modine medical plan, you can access free virtual primary care and LiveHealth Online visits through Anthem BlueCross BlueShield.
  • With virtual care, you have convenient, hassle-free access to doctors and specialists in your plan’s network, making it easier to fit a visit into your busy schedule. You can schedule appointments for wellness screenings, routine care and lab tests and talk with an in-network doctor through the secure medical chat for on-demand urgent care.
  • With LiveHealth Online, in-network doctors can assess your non-chronic condition over a video visit, provide a treatment plan and even send a prescription to your local pharmacy, if needed. LiveHealth Online also provides private access to licensed therapists for counseling and mental health visits. Appointments with a therapist can be scheduled over the phone or online.

Removal of Spousal Surcharge

The spousal surcharge will no longer be required for employees who cover a spouse under a Modine medical plan. This change reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting our employees and their families by making healthcare coverage more accessible.

Premium Dental Plan

  • The maximum dollar amount the dental plan covers each calendar year will increase to $3,000 (was $2,000).
  • The deductibles for both single and family coverage will decrease to $0 (was $50/individual and $150/family), which means you will pay less out of pocket.
  • The individual lifetime maximum for orthodontic services will increase to $3,000 (was $2,500).

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

  • In 2026, you may contribute up to $7,500 per year (was $5,000) to this account if you are single or married filing jointly, or up to $3,750 per year if you are married filing separately.
  • A Dependent Care FSA is a smart way to save money while covering the cost of care for your loved ones. Eligible expenses for a Dependent Care FSA include:
    • Cost of child or adult daycare*
    • Nursery school
    • Preschool (excluding kindergarten & above)
    • Summer day camp
  • As a reminder, the Dependent Care FSA is a “use it or lose it” benefit. Unused funds will be forfeited, so plan carefully.
  • Incur expenses through March 15 of the following year. Claims for reimbursements must be submitted by May 31 of the following year.

* An eligible dependent is a tax-dependent child under age 13 or a tax-dependent spouse, parent or child unable to care for themselves.
