You can only make benefit changes during Annual Enrollment for 2025, unless you have a qualifying life event during the year.

Enroll for benefits so you have the protection you and your family need in 2025. To continue contributing to your Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts in 2025, you must re-enroll during Annual Enrollment.

What’s New and What’s Changing for 2025 Benefits

MEDICAL

  • The 2025 deductible for the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) is $3,300 for an individual (was $3,200). And it’s $6,600 (was $6,400) for a family. These changes are due to IRS regulations for embedded deductible plans.
  • The company’s Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution for 2025 is $825 (was $800) for an individual. It’s $1,650 (was $1,600) for a family.

EAP

MATERNITY LEAVE

  • NEW: The Maternity Leave Short-term Disability Benefit provides eight weeks of leave at 100% salary. After the STD benefit, new mothers may be eligible to receive four weeks of Paid Parental Leave (PPL) leave at 100% pay, equivalent to a total of 12 weeks paid at 100% for maternity leave.

LIFE & AD&D INSURANCE

  • The Voluntary Life Insurance Plan will pay up to eight times your earnings when you choose this coverage for 2025. That’s up from the current five times for 2024. (The plan maximum is still $750,000 with a guaranteed issue limit of three times earnings).
  • The Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance Plan will pay up to eight times your salary when you elect this protection. This compares to six times for 2024. (Maximum remains at $750,000.)

MEDICARE SERVICES

  • NEW: Allsup Medicare Advisory Services is a free voluntary service for employees approaching retirement age (at least age 62) and are looking for other health insurance options. This service helps find the best health insurance options for you.

Review the eligibility requirements for you and your dependents.

Review your 2024 out of pocket medical expenses to decide the appropriate amount to put into a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account (HSA). You must be enrolled in the HDHP to enroll in the HSA.

DECIDE

We encourage you to take part in Annual Enrollment. Review your benefit options. Then make any changes needed for 2025. Check your beneficiaries for your 401(k), life insurance and HSA (if applicable) and update as necessary.
